The complex consists of 1 and 2
bedroom apartments with kitchen,
living room, bathroom and are
equipped with prepaid satellite
television, telephone, hair dryer,
microwave, stove and fridge.
Our apartements are rented with
accommodation on a self catering
base and offer you to discover the
marvellous sites of Lanzarote, in a
relaxed and familiar atmosphere.
It is a quiet and familiar complex
where our apartements are rented
on a self catering base, although
you will find a lot of different
menues offered in the pool bar.
Residence Teguise consists of 42
one bedroom apartments and 8 two
bedroom apartments.
Living Room, typical designed with
own terraze with views to garden,
pool or sea. They are equipped with
a sofa bed which can work as
additional bed.
Kitchen, equipped with knife fork
and spoon for 4 and 6 people, also
with elektrik hotplate, microwave
and fridge.
Bedroom, with outside window, it is
equipped with two beds and a big
wardrobe with drawers.
Bathroom, big and very good
iluminated, equipped with hair dryer.
